Access the Template Editor

Open the Smart Form Notifications sidebar, create a new workflow (or edit an existing one), and navigate to the Email Template tab.

Configure & Craft

Recipients & Subject

Route your emails to static addresses or use Merge Tags like {{Email}} for dynamic routing.

Merge Tags allow you to send a copy to the person who filled out the form automatically.

Rich Text Editor

Format your message with bold, italics, lists, and your company branding colors.

Insert form-specific tags directly into your body to personalize each message.

Insert Variables

Use the sidebar panel to click and add form-specific tags without typing them manually.

Common tags include {{Name}}, {{Phone Number}}, and {{SubmissionDate}}.

Advanced Attachments

Automatically include files uploaded by respondents (like resumes) directly in the email.

Supports images, PDFs, and document files uploaded via the 'File Upload' question type.

Once your design is complete, click Save Workflow. Your automated notifications will now begin firing for every new form submission.
